Kiley Kipper is the Founder and Owner of Kinaiya Consulting. Kiley has a background in community and political strategic planning and implementation. She has a focus in strategy development, communications, fundraising, coalition building as well as research. She brings a unique skill in non-traditional strategic thinking to reach a younger audience. 

 

Prior to founding Kinaiya Consulting, Kiley was the Vice President of Business Relations and Ground Operations at September Group, LLC, where she led project management efforts in grassroot advocacy, fundraising, business development, strategy development including issue and political campaigns, and marketing and communication campaigns.

Previously, Kiley was an Associate at OH Strategic Communications. In her role at OHSC, Kiley worked on campaigns, assisting candidates and committees with fundraising and voter contact strategy development and implementation. In addition, she assisted with strategic communications, grassroots coalition building, TV and radio production and placement, social media development, print collateral, earned media generation, press management, coordinating client advocacy events and providing research and analysis.

Kiley started her career interning for U.S. Senator John McCain during his Senate Re-election Campaign in 2016 as a Field Organizer, where she recruited and led a team of interns in day-to-day campaign activities.

Kiley was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy of Morality, Politics, and Law from Arizona State University.
